Because of great risk and uncertainty, medical professionals are generally skeptical of penile enlargement and avoid attempting it.[2][4] Medical doctors do treat micropenis as a medical condition, however, usually by surgery, which can be warranted to improve urinary or sexual function.[5] Most men seeking penis enlargement have normal-size penises, and many may experience penile dysmorphophobia by underestimating their own penis size while overestimating the average size.[5]

When we asked over 2,000 women across the world what was important to them in the bedroom, what consistently came across in their answers was that women care a lot more about things like foreplay, intimacy and a sense of connection than something like your size. So the conclusion: no, she doesn’t really care about the size of your penis. She probably cares a lot more about you.
Penis extenders and traction devices are other options often advertised to make your penis bigger, and they are designed to stretch the penis by exerting traction on it. One small study done on 23 men saw a small increase in both flaccid penile length and stretched penile length after using a penile extender [7]. Another small study on 15 patients saw more significant gains in length after six months of using penile extenders, along with improvements in erectile function [8]. It’s important to note that both of these studies are very small, and while they look promising, further studies on penis extension and penis stretching are needed.

Unfortunately, whenever it’s recognised that people feel insecure about an aspect of themselves, such as their appearance or sexuality, there will be unscrupulous types who’ll try to turn it into a money-making opportunity. This is why ads for miracle ‘cures’ for the small penis abound – on the internet, in magazines, in your inbox – not because they work, but because the advertisers know that millions of men hope these claims just might be true.
Chicago urologist Laurence A. Levine, MD, director of the male fertility program at Rush University Medical Center, tested the FastSize Extender on 10 men afflicted with Peyronie's disease, which can cause bending and shrinkage of the penis. At the end of the six-month study, which was funded by the maker of the FastSize Extender, Levine found increased penile length and reduced curvature in every man and increased girth in seven of the men. Calling the results "remarkable," Levine now prescribes the device to many of his Peyronie's patients and reports no significant complications. (Levine has also worked as a paid consultant to FastSize Extender.)
Added to that, she says, is the popularity of shows such as Love Island where objectification comes as standard. In the summer of 2017, one male contestant was described as having “a penis like a baseball bat”; it was, unequivocally, a compliment. None of this objectification is new, of course: it’s just new for men. “But that doesn’t lessen the impact,” Gregory says. “For the individual who is going through the trauma of fearing his penis is too small, this is still devastating.”
Jelqing can be an exercise that’s designed primarily to enhance the girth as well as the time your penis. It doesn’t require take any substances or undergo any surgery. Everything you need to be able to apply these techniques are your hands. The best of this concerning this method is that the gains you create are permanent. They won’t vanish once you stop doing the exercises.

O’Connor says he had no concerns beforehand (“My main worry was having the anaesthetic – I’m scared of needles”) and no regrets afterwards. The pain was manageable and there were no complications. He views the procedure as akin to working out. “I’m not obsessed by my body – I have too many other things going on in my life,” O’Connor says. “But I’m proud of it and I like that it’s in good shape – every part of it.”
Depends. Some methods seem to be getting better responses than others. “Studies are being done to improve male girth through injections of hyaluronic acid, which is used as a filler (and is used in orthopedics to improve knee arthritis),” says Dr. Steve from SiriusXM's Weird Medicine on FactionTalk. (Here's a study that supports what Dr Steve is talking about). “The average vagina is 4 inches deep, so girth is much more likely to enhance pleasure for the woman than an increase of length, given that the average male penis length is approximately 5.5 inches,” says Dr. Steve.

“I had a patient last week who was using a vacuum to masturbate and half of his penis turned black after iron absorbed into the skin. Unfortunately you can’t do anything but replace the skin.” As for the legions of men who’ve reported significant gains via stretching and jelqing, Elist rolls his eyes. “It’s just temporary. As soon as they stop, in a matter of few months, it will go back. There’s no doubt about that.”
Surgery simply for aesthetic reasons is not recommended as a method of penis enlargement. If you want to make your penis bigger because you’re dealing with self-esteem issues, undergoing penis enlargement surgery may not resolve the problem. In many cases, if you’re dissatisfied with your penis size, therapy may be a more useful way to address the problem [1].
Pills, Exercise, and traction device effectively enlarge penis. One who is up to penis enhancement might find it hard to decide which one to use. With the revolutionary, all-in-one penis enhancement system named SizeGenetics, you need not choose one over another, because SizeGenetics mixes up traction device, exercise and pills. This combination creates one program that guarantees smashing success in your sex life. With SizeGenetics, you get all the benefits that pills, traction device, and exercise bring.

Is It Actually Effective? There’s conflicting evidence about this, and it’s mainly anecdotal. Some reports suggest success, but more suggest permanent damage was incurred as a result of the procedure. The only major medical research body to give this topic any real consideration eventually decided that there was no evidence that the penis can be permanently enlarged, and that most men would not want to go ahead with the surgery if they knew the risks and dangers involved.

This is actually the only safe and approved way in which to naturally increase the size of the erectile tissues that are located within the walls of your penis, thus causing it to grow bigger. All you need here is your hands. These exercises have been used for many years now and thus they have helped numerous men be able to achieve great gains in the size of their penis from the comfort of their own home. Just like any other exercise routine, you are going to need to exert a little effort here in order for it to work. • Exercise regularly. Exercise improves arterial health, allowing more blood into the penis. But exercising the penis itself is pointless. The sex media sometimes refer to the penis as the "love muscle," implying that like the biceps, certain exercises can buff it up. But there are different kinds of muscle tissue. The penis contains smooth muscle, not the kind that gets bigger with exercise.

The secret to our penis enlargement success is born from over thirty years of testing and refining our techniques by founding physician Steven L. Morganstern, MD. Unlike competing approaches, Dr. Morganstern knew the solution wasn’t going to be found in an artificial penile implant or injectable as the primary bulking agent. He pioneered the use of penile implants for treating erectile dysfunction in the 1980’s and better understood the complications and shortcomings of such artificial implantations.
Veale’s theory chimes with the experience of a retired sales manager I meet in a drab Sheffield consultancy room. A lifelong bachelor, Eric Bell, 68, is charming and well-dressed, if, with a beard tinted blue, a touch eccentric. He is also preparing for his third penis enlargement – an operation that, judging from the sizeable member already between his legs, is unnecessary. “I’d just like it a bit fatter here,” he explains, circling thumb and middle finger around the top of his shaft. “I’m single, but it makes me happy knowing I have something eye-opening down there.” We spend five minutes discussing the merits of this before he asks his own question: “Can I put it away now?”
“Lots of them are placebos and gimmicks that are sometimes semi-poisonous. But I also do believe that extended time exercising the penile muscles will lead to increased blood flow, and over time, this increase may not diminish. Permanent damage has been done in the pursuit of modification to the body that is not the one we were born with!” says Lovejoy. Male pride is a rascally creature, isn't it?

Alternate the Pressure – Work with the pump by varying the pressure, similar to interval workouts by athletes. Try alternating the pressure levels such as starting in 3 in Hg for 30 seconds, then increasing the level after 30 seconds. Then, lower the pressure by increments down to zero. After 30 seconds, climb back again. This enhances the inner chambers and overall circulation.

Prostate Cancer – Prostate cancer itself and the various treatments for it can result in changes in sexual function. We already mentioned how treatments that lower testosterone can result in shrinkage, but shrinkage can also be caused by tissue damage that occurs during surgery for prostate cancer [22]. Some studies on men conducted after radical prostatectomy found that penis size significantly decreased after this surgery [23]. However, studies have found that vacuum erectile devices may prove helpful for penile rehabilitation after surgery and may help preserve penile size [24].
Commonly called a "penis pump", a vacuum erection device, or VED, creates negative pressure that expands and thereby draws blood into the penis.[13][14] Medically approved VEDs, which treat erectile dysfunction, limit maximum pressure, whereas the pumps commonly bought by consumers seeking penis enlargement can reach dangerous pressure, damaging penis tissue.[15] To retain tumescence after breaking the device's airtight seal, one must constrict the penis' base, but constriction worn over 30 minutes can permanently damage the penis and cause erectile dysfunction.[16] Although vacuum therapy can treat erectile dysfunction sufficiently to prevent penis deterioration and shrinkage,[14] clinical trials have not found it effective for penis enlargement.[17][18]
Performed on the halfway tumescent penis, jelqing is a manual manipulation of simultaneous squeezing and stroking the shaft from base to corona. Also called "milking",[19] the technique has ancient Arab origins.[20] Despite many anecdotal reports of success, medical evidence is absent.[21] Journalists have dismissed the method as biologically implausible,[22] or even impossible, albeit unlikely to seriously damage the penis.[23] Still, if done excessively or harshly, jelqing could conceivably cause ruptures, scarring, disfigurement, and desensitization.[21][22]
“I hate to say it, but I think Elist is wrong,” counters male sexuality educator Paul Nelson, who wonders if Elist is confused with penis pumps, because Nelson says gains with penile extenders are absolutely permanent. There may be some retraction if you’re using it every day and suddenly stop, but most of it, he promises you’ll retain. Nelson agrees that jelqing could be dangerous, though, particularly for guys who believe that “some is good and more is better” and jelq too hard. “He may finish a jelqing session and think, That was good, let me do it again harder. And a little bit more next time. The next thing he knows, he’s got snapped nerves, torn tunicas and all kinds of devastating injuries.”

Not all agree though. Pills and supplements seem sometimes to satisfy men who are looking for something that will not be permanent but are worried more about performance. “Penis pills don’t require a device or consistency and practice. I’ve seen pills work at making the penis not only harder, but also last longer. I always say that men have never seen the full potential of their penis. Until you pop some penis pills or try a cock ring or a penis pump, you will have never seen what your penis is capable of,” says Leo Debois of AdamsToyBox, a male-focused adult toy store.
These products usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones that claim to enlarge the penis. Despite their impressive claims, there's absolutely no clinical evidence that these products work and some may even be harmful. The University of Maryland in the US carried out an analysis on some of these and found traces of lead, pesticides, E. coli bacteria and animal faeces.
Male enhancement pills are pills that claim to enhance pleasure in sex, penis or erection size, or stamina in men. The only pills that are proven to have a positive effect are prescription medicines for erectile dysfunction (like Viagra, Sildenafil, Cialis, Spedra and Levitra) or natural supplements (like yohimbine). Pills advertised online are often illegal, unregulated, and potentially dangerous.

This is not some fanciful idea, or is it theoretical hogwash. Evidence from one study of 367 military personnel, all men, and no one older than 40, found those who felt most satisfied in terms of male genital self-image had lower levels of sexual anxiety and better sexual functioning. And what about the self-doubting ones, those who disliked the appearance of their member? The researchers found the opposite to be true in some (though not all) cases. Dissatisfaction led to anxiety, which led to sexual difficulties — a vicious cycle.
