Penis enlargement, or male enhancement, is any technique aimed to increase the size of a human penis. Some methods aim to increase total length, others the shaft's girth, and yet others the glans size. Techniques include pills, hormones, massage, stretching, inflation, incision, injections, and implants. While some techniques are hoaxes, others may be somewhat effective, perhaps at high risk of complications.
If you’re interested in how to make your penis bigger, you’re not alone. However, most men that seek penile elongation treatments actually have a normal penile size. If you worry about the size of your penis despite having adequate length, you could suffer from dysmorphophobia disorder (PDD) or small penis anxiety (SPA). Both of these disorders involve men underestimating the size of their penis while overestimating the average penis size for other men. PDD lies within the body dysmorphic disorder spectrum while SPA is an anxiety syndrome that’s pertinent to the genitals .

Before starting this exercise, make sure you wait for thirty seconds to trap a lot of blood. Then, use your second hand to start stroking the penis towards the head position in a slow and firm stroke. Take three seconds to complete the stroke and wait one or two seconds at the head of the penis. Move your hand back to the starting position and repeat the milking motion.
This kind of belief probably expresses much of how you feel about yourself and your body and how you think others perceive you. Alternate the Pressure – Work with the pump by varying the pressure, similar to interval workouts by athletes. Try alternating the pressure levels such as starting in 3 in Hg for 30 seconds, then increasing the level after 30 seconds. Then, lower the pressure by increments down to zero. After 30 seconds, climb back again. This enhances the inner chambers and overall circulation.
Interestingly, studies suggest that men attribute more importance to penis size than their female partners. Generally, what is more, important to women is a partner who is tender and caring. Discovering how your partner likes to be touched and caressed tends to make for better sex. The idea that a woman’s priority during sex is to be penetrated by a giant penis isn’t that accurate. In fact, it’s not the inside of the vagina where most of the pleasurable sensations come from, it’s on the outside, at the clitoris, where the most sensitive parts of a woman’s body can be found. You don’t need a big penis (or any penis) to stimulate her there. During intercourse, a woman’s vagina adapts to her partner’s penis, deepening, widening and lubricating during sexual arousal, so in this sense, the size is not so important. Also, a smaller penis is often preferable for oral and anal sex.
